Shipping Options

Orders of $50.00 or more, after any applicable discounts are applied, are eligible for free standard shipping. A $8.95 standard shipping rate will be added to orders equal to $50.00 or less.

Orders are processed in the order received depending on volume.  Please allow extra time for shipping, handling and delivery.

Packages will be processed with appropriate shipping methods for your area.  All orders are shipped via standard Priority US Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping addresses located in Alaska or Hawaii are typically shipped via US Mail. Shipping addresses containing P.O. Boxes are also shipped via US Mail. Standard delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the time your order is processed. Allow extra time for busy holiday periods. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii can take longer.

We are happy to ship your order within the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska only.

For our customers outside of the U.S, we recommend iHerb.com.  They provide worldwide, international shipping options.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Ceramedx.com order, request a Return Authorization number within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning your products, include your Return Authorization number and a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. When received, we will refund the original purchase price of the product. Refunds are issued in the same form as original payment type. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Products Not Purchased From This Website

For products not purchased from Ceramedx.com, please contact the place of purchase for refund, replacement or exchange. We can only accept returns made from purchases on our website.

We are aware of non-authorized parties selling counterfeit Earth Science and Ceramedx products on Amazon®. Regarding this issue, we are alerting our valued customers, retailers, and distributors that we are actively working to resolve this.

Please note that Earth Science and Ceramedx will NOT honor the 30-day return policy for any product sold on Amazon® by non-authorized resellers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from non-authorized resellers as authenticity cannot be guaranteed.
